Co-Founder

Matt Trenchard

Matt is an internationally credentialed coach of 10 years’ experience, founder of North Point and a past president of the Dubai chapter of the International Coach Federation (ICF). Originally from the UK, now based in Dubai since 2006, his primary area of coaching expertise is leadership transformation. His core skills lie in connecting with his clients’ internal worlds to assist them in finding the way forwards through their own geography of the heart. In addition, Matt facilitates the development of coaches through North Point Academy.

Co-Founder

Sarah Anthony

Sarah is a transformational Executive and Leadership Coach with over 20 years of experience in leadership and customer-focused roles. Based in the UK after 18 years in the UAE, she specializes in 1-to-1 Executive Coaching and training leaders to integrate coaching skills into the workplace. With over 1,000 coaching hours, Sarah is pursuing her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential with the ICF. As co-founder of North Point Academy, she co-designed and delivers the ICF-accredited Certificate in Professional Coaching (CPC), training over 70 professionals in the Middle East and now expanding to the UK, where she leads North Point's operations.
